Overview
PANTOhealth participated in GITEX Europe 2025 in Berlin, held from 21–23 May 2025 at Messe Berlin (South Entrance).
As Europe’s newest flagship technology event, GITEX brought together global innovators, mobility leaders, and infrastructure experts exploring how digital transformation is reshaping critical industries.
We exhibited at Hall 4.2, Stand H4.2-E19A, presenting how AI, simulation, and real-time monitoring are redefining the future of railway reliability and safety.
What We Showcased
1. Real-Time Railway Infrastructure Monitoring
Visitors explored how PANTOhealth enables operators to:
- Track pantograph–catenary interaction continuously
- Detect anomalies, arcing, wear, and vibration events
- Reduce unplanned failures and optimize maintenance cycles
- Increase system uptime through reliable, actionable data
2. AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance
We demonstrated how our platform uses data analytics and machine learning to:
- Predict failures before they disrupt operations
- Identify patterns of deterioration
- Provide maintenance recommendations based on risk and impact
- Support long-term planning for rail and tram networks
3. Simulation & Digital Twin Technology
Our digital twin capabilities allowed attendees to visualize:
- Physics-based simulations of pantograph and overhead line behavior
- Stress, force, and energy analysis
- Scenarios for optimizing asset lifetime and performance
- A data-driven approach to network upgrades and reliability
