Overview
PANTOhealth participated in InnoTrans 2024, the world’s largest international trade fair for transport technology, held in Berlin from 24–27 September 2024.
The event brought together global leaders in railway operations, infrastructure, technology, and innovation, making it a key platform for presenting our advancements in AI-driven predictive maintenance and digital rail intelligence.
Our Focus at InnoTrans 2024
At InnoTrans 2024, PANTOhealth showcased its flagship technologies supporting modern tram, metro, and rail networks throughout Europe:
1. Real-Time Pantograph & Catenary Monitoring
We demonstrated how operators can use our platform to:
- Continuously monitor pantograph–catenary interaction
- Detect arcing, unusual forces, excessive wear, and vibration anomalies
- Prevent infrastructure damage and reduce unplanned downtime
2. AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance
Attendees explored how our system:
- Predicts failures before they occur
- Identifies degradation trends using historical and real-time data
- Enables condition-based interventions instead of reactive maintenance
- Lowers inspection time and operational costs
3. Digital Twin & Simulation Tools
We also presented our digital twin capabilities, including:
- Physics-based simulations of overhead line behavior
- Stress, force, and energy analysis
- Planning tools to evaluate network upgrades and optimize performance
These tools provide operators with deep insight into infrastructure performance, helping them extend asset life and improve safety.
Why InnoTrans 2024 Was Important
Participating in InnoTrans strengthened PANTOhealth’s presence in the global rail technology ecosystem and:
- Expanded our European network
- Supported partnerships with key industry players
- Accelerated adoption of predictive maintenance solutions
- Positioned our platform within major digitalization initiatives in rail
This event marked a meaningful milestone in our journey toward building smarter and more resilient railway systems.
